Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and supplier availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australian orders: 5–12 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Australia: Free Standard Shipping on all orders
International: $15 AUD flat rate shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–5 days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

We will investigate the issue and, if the order is confirmed as lost, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
